Description

Performance Systems Development (PSD) is seeking a QA Field Manager to provide oversight and day to day support of the QA inspection team. The QA Manager will work closely with the Principal Inspector to develop plans that efficiently utilize resources and ensure maximization of contract values. The QA Managers primary responsibility will be to provide support to their team.


As a QA Field Manager you will:

  • Oversight & day to day support of their QA Team
  • Review schedule plans with Team Leads
  • Review corrective action
  • Attend client meetings
  • Review inspection reports (i.e. Technical Review)
  • Conduct Quality Control Inspections as determined by planning


This position reports to the Principal Inspector and plays a key role in helping PSD meet its contractual goals for inspections across all NJ QA programs.  Residency in New Jersey is a requirement for this role.

Additional Details

  • Physical Demands: Frequent computer use requiring periods of sitting and close audio-visual concentration. 
  • Work Environment: Office work performed in a collaborative environment with a high degree of independence. 
  • Travel Requirements: The Field Manager is expected to travel 1-2 days a week for scheduled inspections or to provide support for contractors and field inspectors.
