Responsibilities
T&E Team accounting according to Hempel rules and procedures, including auditing, cost allocation, calculation and posting of travel expenses
Auditing of travel expenses via Concur Platform and Detect application
Follow-up of expense approvals and supporting employees to clarify any discrepancies
Proactive role in reconciling accounts, initiate settlement of outstanding expenses, supervision of timely approvals in the business travel reports workflow system, providing explanations to questions raised by other departments
Support for employees in making business travel settlements
Accrual posting during Month Closure
Help T&E Team members in daily tasks
Qualifications and competences
Student (optimally in 4th/5th year) who wants to start/continue career in accountancy,
You are available at least 20 hours per week (to max. 35 hours/weekly),
Communicative English and Polish,
Positive attitude,
Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing,
Ability to multi-task,
Proactive approach,
Good PC user,
Willingness to learn.
What we offer
Employment for period of min.3 months to max. 1 year as for a start (umowa zlecenie)
Salary for the internship and possibility of employment afterwards
Flexible working hours, we are working from Monday to Friday
Hybrid working model with opportunity to work from home, and from office in Gdansk, Poland
