We are looking for a Head of Product & Growth who will own every aspect of our subscription product’s ARPU, with your main objective being a 15% quarteroverquarter ARPU increase. Beyond revenue growth, you’ll ensure that the team runs at peak efficiency—delivering valuable features and driving product innovation at speed.
Your leadership will cover all operations outside Marketing, giving you the autonomy to shape processes and take full responsibility for how the team functions. Drive ARPU growth by at least 15% quarteroverquarter as your primary KPI, taking ownership of all operational levers outside Marketing.
Shape the longterm vision and strategy of the product, leveraging market research, user data, and best practices to fuel continual ARPU growth.
Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap and backlog with a laser focus on revenue growth, feature delivery, and speed to market.
Lead and inspire crossfunctional teams to ensure efficient implementation of features, improvements, and strategic initiatives that maximize monetization.
Oversee the endtoend launch process for new features and product enhancements, ensuring swift delivery and measurable ARPU impact.
Establish and continuously improve processes for product development and team operations to maximize efficiency, quality, and velocity.
Make datadriven decisions on resource allocation to prioritize projects and features with the highest revenue potential.
Ensure full alignment between product decisions, ARPU targets, and overall business goals, consistently communicating priorities across the organization.
Foster a performancedriven team culture that embraces accountability, rapid iteration, and relentless pursuit of results.
5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven history working on subscriptionbased digital products.
Demonstrated success in improving ARPU andor ARPPU metrics, ideally with clear, quantifiable outcomes.
Advanced understanding of retention metrics, churn reduction strategies, and lifecycle optimization for recurring revenue models.
Strong grasp of UIUX principles and experience with componentbased design systems that enable monetization and user engagement.
Highly analytical, with a track record of leveraging user behavior analysis, market research, and segmentation to inform tactical decisions and strategy.
Experience with user behavior analysis and segmentation.
Experience leading crossfunctional teams, promoting operational excellence, and delivering highimpact features at speed.
Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Background in EdTech or assessment products.
Background in premiumsubscription products.
International market experience.
