Position Overview:

We are seeking an International Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic Global Payroll team. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in international payroll operations, with handson experience in coordinating with incountry providers and a strong understanding of statutory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and review monthly payrolls across multiple countries.
  • Collaborate closely with incountry payroll vendors to ensure compliance with local tax, labor, and social security regulations.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for payrollrelated matters in North America and support other regions as needed.
  • Validate and reconcile payroll reports, statutory filings, and payment instructions.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of changes in legislation in key markets (e.g., Netherlands, Spain, USA, etc.).
  • Provide payroll insights and reporting to internal stakeholders (Finance, HR, Compliance).
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams (HR, Legal, Accounting) to streamline processes and support global expansion.
  • Ensure timely and accurate endofyear tax reporting and audits.
  • Drive process improvements and participate in system implementations or enhancements.
    • Key Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing, with at least 3 years focused on North American regions.
      • Indepth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements in North American countries.
      • Experience with incountry payroll processes in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Spain, or other jurisdictions is a strong advantage.
      • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex data sets.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and external stakeholders.
      • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
      • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages spoken in EMEA regions is a plus.
      • Certification in payroll (e.g., CPP, FPC, or equivalent) is preferred but not required.
        • Preferred Competencies:

          • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal), with a keen attention to detail and discipline.

          • Strong decisionmaking and organizational skills, with the ability to provide expert advice and practical solutions.

          • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams, leveraging communication skills, knowledge, and expertise to resolve issues.
