The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing endtoend payroll operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing across a fully remote workforce. This role leads the payroll team, supports internal and external audits, ensures SOX compliance, and ensures Virta has scalable, welldocumented payroll processes and controls. You’ll collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, HR, and Legal, and drive continuous improvements to support Virta’s rapid growth.
