Job description

Working with our team, you will be involved in defining the product life cycle, describe playable requirements, define scheduling and work closely with the development and business teams; enhancing communication to make sure the outcome is the expected.

We are looking for a Product Manager with a background in the Retail industry, preferably working with large retailers. This role requires experience in driving transformation projects, working across complex technical landscapes, and delivering backend data integration solutions that support supply chain operations at scale.

You’ll work alongside Transformation Leads, Business Stakeholders, and crossfunctional tech teams to shape and drive initiatives that modernise retail systems, from legacy to nextgen cloudbased platforms.

National and international expected traveling time varies according to projectclient and organisational needs: 0%15% estimated.

Requirements

Responsibilities

    • Define, manage, and prioritise product backlogs for data integration and transformation initiatives.
    • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements across retail functions.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable and robust data products that interface with legacy and modern systems.
    • Drive crossteam collaboration between business units, supply chain ops, and technology groups.
    • Align product delivery with transformation roadmaps and organisational goals.
    • Translate technical concepts and constraints into businessfriendly language and vice versa.
    • Ensure compliance and performance of data pipelines across various distribution channels (APIs, cloud streaming, etc.).
    • Prioritisation of initiatives and backlog
    • Facilitate Sprint Planning, ensuring the team delivers value consistently.
    • Run and participate in Sprint Retrospectives, driving continuous improvement.
