Job description

We are seeking a top candidate to join our team as Power Platform Specialist.

Compensation:

USD 1.8K - 2.15K/month.

Location:

Remote (Colombia, Argentina, Bolivia, Ecuador, Uruguay, and Perú residents).

What makes you a strong candidate:

You have 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, and Microsoft Power BI.
You are proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and no-code development.
Spanish - Native or fully fluent.
English - Native or fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more:

Design and develop apps using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).
Build automated workflows with Power Automate for approvals, alerts, and integrations.
Create interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Deploy chatbots with Power Virtual Agents.
Use Dataverse and data sources like SharePoint, SQL, Dynamics 365, and Excel.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather and translate requirements.
Ensure solutions follow best practices in performance, security, and scalability.
Provide user support and training when needed.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Proficient in low-code/no-code development and relational data models.
Experience integrating with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, or Dynamics 365.
Conversational English (B2 or higher).
Knowledge of PowerShell, JSON, REST APIs, or Azure Logic Apps is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
