Our client, a global professional services firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join their Internal Communications and Employee Engagement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading content strategy and creation, optimizing and integrating communication channels, and managing largescale communication projects or programs. This role requires advanced knowledge of diverse audience needs, the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communications, and the capability to develop communication strategies aligned with business goals.

What you will do:

  • Apply advanced writing, editing, and presentation skills when communicating with stakeholders and leaders.
  • Optimize and integrate communication channels, with primary responsibility as author and expert for the DAILY platform (intranet and social channel).
  • Lead content strategy and creation.
  • Lead largescale communication projects such as All HandsTown Hall meetings or enterprisewide programs.
  • Lead adoption and integration of new technologies while maintaining familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms (OutlookDLs, MSFT SharePoint, surveys, MSFT TeamsTeams Live, MSFT Forms, MSFT CoPilot, Canva, digital screens).
  • Understand and apply advanced measurement techniques to evaluate communication effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of diverse audience needs.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and communications.
  • Thrive within a globally distributed team serving multiple business partners and other intersecting teams.
  • Act on own initiative within the scope of the role, knowing when to seek guidance or escalate. Be available to junior team members to provide feedback and support.
  • Lead crossfunctional teams and provide strategic direction.
  • Develop communication strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Qualifications
      • Proven experience (minimum 710 years) in a similar role with increasing responsibility.
      • Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
      • Ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines.
      • Builtin curiosity and highly proactive.
      • Familiar navigating complex matrix organizations (professional services preferred).
      • Proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms.
      • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and relationshipbuilding skills.
      • Ability to analyze data and metrics to improve communication strategies.
      • Professional gravitas with a degree of comfort providing advice and guidance with senior leaders.
