      Job Description

      This is an exceptional opportunity to become the operational backbone of a successful coaching practice where your attention to detail and communication skills will make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives. You’ll work directly with the business owner to streamline operations, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless delivery of coaching services. This role offers the perfect blend of administrative excellence and client interaction, allowing you to develop valuable business operations expertise while supporting transformational work. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining the highquality service standards that have made this coaching business successful, with opportunities to contribute to operational improvements and growth initiatives.

      Responsibilities
      • Manage comprehensive scheduling systems for 20+ mentees and coaching clients, ensuring optimal calendar organization
      • Track meeting completion status and proactively coordinate upcoming appointments to maintain seamless client flow
      • Send timely meeting reminders and followup communications via email to enhance client experience
      • Handle client inquiries through WhatsApp and other communication channels with professionalism and efficiency
      • Respond to routine client questions independently (meeting times, logistics, basic information) to free up the owner’s time for highvalue activities
      • Organize and maintain business assets and operational systems for maximum efficiency
      • Monitor all email communications to ensure zero client messages go unattended
      • Provide comprehensive administrative support that enables business growth and client satisfaction
      • Collaborate on operations management initiatives and process improvements

          • Demonstrated experience in scheduling, calendar management, and client coordination
          • Proficiency in email management systems and client communication platforms
