This is a remote position.

Role Name: Call Support Specialist

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm Mountain with a 30minute paid break

Job Description

Take on an essential role as the primary point of contact in a dynamic real estate environment. In this position, you’ll be the crucial link between potential clients and our expert broker team, managing property inquiries and ensuring smooth communication flow. This role offers the perfect blend of customer service and real estate operations, allowing you to work remotely while making a significant impact on the business’s daily success. You’ll handle a steady stream of inquiries about premium properties, coordinating with professional brokers to ensure every client receives prompt attention and excellent service.


Responsibilities:
  • Answer and manage incoming calls (2030 daily)
  • Review property listings and broker assignments
  • Route calls and messages to appropriate brokers based on property assignments
  • Relay detailed messages accurately to the correct team members
  • Maintain professional communication standards
  • Handle initial client inquiries with courtesy and efficiency
