Metal Toad is an awardwinning AWS Consulting Partner and AWS Managed Services provider company based in the USA. We help our customers with their cloud adoption by providing architecture, migration, optimization, machine learning, and even 247 support. We are a professional services firm providing services in software engineering and the cloud. We do Technical consulting, Programming & Quality Assurance, DevOps, Applications, UX, Product management, and Project management.

Metal Toad is a fully remote company, offering all team members the ability to work from home. For this opportunity, the selected candidate must be available to work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST).

Although Metal Toad is a remote company, we are currently seeking contractors residing in Brazil for this position. Compensation will be made in Reais (R$), following the local currency of Brazil. Due to legal limitations, we are unable to sponsor any type of visa.

Job Description

The primary role of the Recruiter is to support Metal Toad throughout the full recruitment cycle. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, reviewing and sorting résumés, selecting qualified applicants, and conducting interviews in accordance with the companys methodology. The Recruiter will also assist managers with scheduling meetings and preparing related documentation, perform reference checks, maintain and update recruitmentrelated materials, and provide daily progress reports.

The ideal candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
