Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager with strong skills in graphic design and visual storytelling to manage and grow our presence on Instagram and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of handson experience managing social media accounts, designing eyecatching graphics, and producing shortform video content (especially reels).

Responsibilities

· Develop, plan, and schedule content calendars for Instagram and LinkedIn.

· Design compelling static graphics, carousels, and visual assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.

· Create and edit engaging video reels optimized for reach and engagement.

· Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements based on insights.

· Write short, effective captions with appropriate tone, hashtags, and callstoaction.

· Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and design.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders for content planning and brand alignment.

Requirements

· 1–2 years of experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn pages.

· Strong graphic design skills (portfolio required).

· Proficiency in creating and editing shortform video content (especially reels).

· Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).

· Excellent communication and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
