Our teams ship often and make an impact with groundbreaking ideas. Were looking for talented people who keep it simple and value collaboration and humility as we continue to create inclusive and highperforming teams where people can be inspired to do their best work.

About the Role
As the Manager of Financial Planning, you will support, scale, and develop a team that delivers proactive financial advice to Wealthsimple clients. You play a key role in empowering Canadians to reach their financial freedom goals!

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Foster and Developer WorldClass Talent: You’ll retain, build and grow a team of curious, techsavvy planners by coaching sales skills, fostering accountability, and creating clear paths for growth.
  • Scale a FastGrowing, High Volume Advice Business: You’ll create scalable systems and operating rhythms that let planners deliver quality advice efficiently while staying nimble enough to adapt as we grow and evolve.
  • Drive Alignment and Performance in a Changing Environment: Drive key metrics (net deposits, conversion, productivity, NPS) through relentless data analysis, keeping the team aligned to evolving priorities and equipped with clear expectations and context for success.
  • Deliver a Modern Client Experience: Deliver a simple, actionoriented client experience thats techpowered yet humanfirst by collaborating crossfunctionally to continuously improve how we provide reallife financial advice.

  • Skills you bring:
  • A Sales Leader & Talent Magnet: You drive outcomes in fastpaced environments while attracting and retaining adaptable, growthoriented people.
  • A Builder: You’ve scaled processes, teams, or businesses and love operating in ambiguity.
  • A Clear, Contextual Communicator: You bring clarity in fastchanging environments and ensure your team stays aligned and focused.
  • Highly DataDriven: You use numbers to guide coaching, process improvements, and strategic decisions.
  • TechForward: You believe technology enables better advice, more scale, and better outcomes—for clients and your team, and youve leveraged AI to support this.
  • Adaptable: You thrive in growth environments where change is constant—and see it as an opportunity, not a blocker.
  • You have your Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation
