Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking users concerning online music and podcast services.
  • Assist customers with account management, technical issues, and content inquiries.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions to enhance user experience.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback in the relevant systems for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customers receive updated and accurate information.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide insightful support to users.
  • Engage with the community to foster a love for music and podcasts among our users.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly within the entertainment, music, or digital content industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle complex issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with digital content platforms and customer support systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote working environment.
  • A passion for music and podcasts, and a genuine desire to assist customers in finding the content they love.
