The Client Strategist exists to develop and implement datadriven marketing strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring a positive client experience and maximizing campaign performance. This role focuses on clientfacing interactions, strategic planning, and ongoing optimization to drive business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
Strategize, formulate, and execute email, SMS, and other retention marketing strategies.
Communicate insights and reports on performance.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive overall positive client experience.
Work with the Client Strategy Manager to manage multiple client accounts.
Collaborate with the Activations team to ensure thorough strategy and instructions, aligning everyone on the overall strategy.
Upsell and crosssell additional services to clients to enhance their marketing efforts.
Share industry insights and information with marketing to position the company as a thought leader.
KEY OUTCOMES & ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Strategy Development: Create and implement effective marketing strategies that meet client needs.
Account Management: Manage retention marketing programs for multiple brands, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Client Understanding: Demonstrate a deep understanding of client business needs and translate them into marketing strategies.
Performance Tracking: Analyze and track data to maximize the performance of email and other retention marketing campaigns.
Client Communication: Communicate marketing insights and reports on performance, and plan for further development.
Team Alignment: Ensure the Activations team has clear instructions and is aligned with the overall strategy.
Service Expansion: Successfully upsell and crosssell services, increasing revenue and client engagement.
Thought Leadership: Provide valuable industry insights to the marketing team to enhance the company’s reputation as an industry leader.
