Aduro Advisors is looking for bright and talented individuals to join our team working to support toptier clients in the Venture Capital & Private Equity space. Were seeking a highly experienced and dynamic VP of Sales and Business Development to build out a strategy to increase our position in the Private Equity market and continued growth of brand in the Venture Capital market.

The VP of Sales and Business Development will work alongside our CEO and Executive Team to create a strategy to increase our position within the private equity space, as well as continue growing our existing client base in our established market of venture capital. This person should be a strategic thinker with strong project management skills who can pivot from big picture to handson seamlessly. This person should have a proven track record of success and have experience overseeing and building a sales team.
Here is the type of work you will do:
The salary range for the VP of Sales and Business Development position is $250,000 $285,000. Salary is determined based on current market data and candidate experience level. This role is eligible to participate in the Aduro Bonus Program and an employee Equity Plan.
