    • Job Description

      This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth for a successful event venue by identifying and connecting with potential clients who need the perfect space for their celebrations. You’ll play a crucial role in expanding the client base through strategic lead generation while also nurturing incoming prospects through the booking process. This dualfocused position offers the chance to directly impact revenue growth while building meaningful relationships with people planning their most important moments. You’ll have the autonomy to develop outreach strategies and manage the entire lead funnel from initial contact through venue tour scheduling.

      Responsibilities
      • Generate new leads and identify potential clients seeking event venue rentals
      • Build and maintain comprehensive databases of prospective customers in the celebration and event space
      • Conduct professional cold calling and outreach campaigns to attract new business
      • Respond promptly to and follow up on incoming inquiries (approximately 2 per day)
      • Manage communication across multiple channels including phone calls and social media platforms
      • Schedule venue tours for qualified prospects and coordinate with the business owner
      • Maintain organized communication funnels to nurture prospects through the booking process
      • Support the complete sales cycle from initial lead contact through successful booking conversion
      • Track and report on lead generation activities and conversion metrics
        • Requirements
          • Excellent English communication skills with professional phone presence
          • Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and sales outreach
          • Ability to work during Eastern Time zone business hours
          • Comfortable using international dialer software (client will provide access)
          • Background in sales, customer service, or hospitality industry preferred
          • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
          • Selfmotivated with ability to work independently while meeting performance goals
          • Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking tools is a plus
          • Understanding of the events and hospitality industry is beneficial but not required
