Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone or email, handling bids, quotes, reservations, and bookings for industries such as hospitality (e.g., limousines, transportation, bed and breakfasts).
Provide accurate pricing, reservation details, and service information using vendor pricing matrices and internal tools.
Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience, addressing inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Appointment Setting
Identify engagement signals from warm leads and proactively schedule appointments with prospective clients for B2B services (e.g., digital marketing, outsourced accounting, website development).
Utilize tools such as Apollo to enhance lead tracking, outreach, and followup, focusing on highintent opportunities.
Sales and Marketing Support
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation and conversion strategies, leveraging insights from warm inbound and outbound interactions.
Assist in creating an efficient leadtosales pipeline through datadriven insights, emphasizing commissionearning conversions.
Support sales initiatives by using automation platforms and engagement tools to drive results in areas like SEO, technical services, and financerelated offerings.
Workflow Development and Optimization
Design and manage marketing and sales workflows using platforms like Apollo, Pardot, Engagement Studio, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, and Marketo.
Optimize processes for inbound and outbound activities to improve efficiency, reduce stress, and align with realistic deliverables.
Data Management and Analysis
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and workflows in CRM systems.
Analyze engagement data to identify trends, refine customer outreach strategies, and enhance overall workflow efficiency.
Requirements

Sales and Marketing Support
Previous experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies for lead generation and conversion in areas such as finance, B2B services, SEO, and technical solutions.
Ability to create efficient pipelines using datadriven insights from automation and engagement tools.
Demonstrated selling capabilities with a track record of closing deals on warm leads, supported by hourly pay plus commissions and bonuses.
Workflow Development & Optimization
Experience designing and managing workflows on platforms like Apollo, Pardot, Engagement Studio, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Marketo.
Technical understanding to optimize processes for marketing and sales, with training provided on our specific systems.
Data Management & Analysis
Familiarity with maintaining records in CRM systems and analyzing data to improve outreach and strategies.
Experience with inboundoutbound calling systems and CRMs is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided.
Strong attention to detail, proactive problemsolving, and a customercentric approach.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools.
Experience with automation and engagement tools like Apollo, Pardot, Marketo, or Engagement Studio.
Basic technical knowledge in digital marketing, websites, SEO, and related fields to effectively sell and support these services.
