Job Description

Step into an exciting appointment setting role where you’ll connect with warm, prequalified prospects who are already interested in lifechanging cryo slimming treatments. Unlike cold calling, you’ll be working with leads who have specifically requested information about these wellness services through Facebook, making your conversations meaningful and conversionfocused. This performancebased position offers excellent earning potential at $10 per successfully booked appointment, with flexible parttime hours that allow you to build a rewarding career in the growing wellness industry. You’ll play a crucial role in helping people achieve their body contouring goals while contributing to the expansion of an established, successful business.

Responsibilities

• Contact warm, qualified leads who have expressed interest in cryo slimming services through Facebook lead forms
  
• Schedule appointments for prospects ready to experience transformative body contouring treatments
  
• Follow up with existing clients to check on their progress and book additional sessions for continued results
  
• Create excitement and urgency around booking appointments to help prospects take action
  
• Maintain regular communication and provide detailed reporting to the business owner
  
• Identify upselling opportunities with existing clients for enhanced treatment packages
  
• Track and report on daily call activities and appointment booking success metrics
  
• Build relationships with prospects and clients to ensure positive experience from first contact
  
  

• Requirements
  

  • Excellent English communication skills with professional phone presence
    
  • Salesdriven mindset with natural ability to create urgency and excitement
    
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, or sales preferred
    
  • Selfmotivated with strong time management skills for independent work
    
  • Comfortable making 50+ calls per day during focused 4hour work blocks
    
  • Reliable highspeed internet connection and professional phone setup for remote work
    
  • Available to work Monday through Friday with potential Saturday flexibility
