Job description

This is a remote position.

Sapiens Development is seeking a Licensing Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities of the role will include coordinating software licensing from vendors to the requirements established by the project team for each customer. This role provides end to end license support from sales presentation estimates to the tasks necessary for project kickoff to the customer’s renewals each year.

Requirements

· An Associate’s Degree in businessinformation systems or verifiable equivalent experience at minimum.

· College level proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.

· Experience in Microsoft Azure and O365M365 product management.

· Experience with basic accounting or bookkeeping, and budgeting in a business environment.

· Strong math, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to take complex guidelines and break them down into easily understood requirements. Clear and professional writing skills are required for business email and writing statements of work.

· The time management skills to work on tasks that are time sensitive and the ability to pivot between critical tasks.

· The drive to assert yourself when learning new concepts and the knowledge to know when to ask for help and accept guidance from other team members.

· The ability to genuinely accept a diverse group of colleagues with a sense of value and respect towards all.


We give extra credit if you have:

· Experience or interest in the tech industry; specifically in the area of Microsoft Dynamics ERP Systems and the required licensing procedures.
