About the Ingestion Coordinator

SuperBam is looking for an ingestion coordinator to work with our Shield rights management team to help on-board our client’s content onto YouTube’s Content ID.  The Ingestion Team is the critical first step in a client’s journey at SuperBam, where video ingestion and delivery into Content ID happen. The Ingestion Coordinator reports to the Senior Operations Manager and supports the Claiming Operations team in its work. The Ingestion Coordinator should enjoy working in a collaborative environment, possess impeccable attention to detail, and be able to troubleshoot problems independently. This position will be a work from home role based in LA or New York.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Operations Manager with client onboarding and offboarding workflows
  • Regular task management and assignment.
  • Keeping CRM records up to date.
  • Batching video content for ingestion into Content ID.
  • Reviewing content to spec and recording timecodes of non-exclusive material
  • Updating reference files and assets.
  • Tracking the progress of team operations, communicating updates, challenges, and wins accordingly.
  • Producing weekly productivity reports for management.

Requirements

  • Experience with the technical backend of the YouTube platform and ContentID (i.e. Creator Studio, CMS, Reports, etc.).
  • Experience with the technical backend of Meta and TikTok (i.e. Rights Manager and MediaMatch)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in a leading business suite such as Office, GoogleDocs, or iWork.
  • Keen interest in the world of copyright, rights management, and content monetization.

Compensation and Contract Length

  • $31.25/hour to a maximum of 30 hours per week
  • 6 months
  • Must be eligible to work in the US
