Job Description:

Our Account Manager will play a key role in revenue growth and customer retention, supporting the expansion of our Elite Cloud SaaS platform within an existing customer base. This remote position is ideal for a strategic and relationshipdriven professional who excels in consultative sales and crossfunctional collaboration. The role involves driving upsell and crosssell opportunities, managing customer accounts, and delivering longterm value to law firm clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Cultivate relationships with key decisionmakers in law firms and legal organizations.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and crosssell opportunities across the Elite Cloud platform.
  • Lead strategic account planning and proactively manage customer renewals.
  • Conduct deep discovery to understand client needs and present solutionbased recommendations.
  • Execute a structured sales process and contribute to continuous improvement of the sales playbook.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Track pipeline, activities, and account insights using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Coordinate crossfunctional resources to support account growth and retention.
  • Stay current on legal tech trends, product updates, and competitor offerings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the departmentcompany.
    • What You’ll Need:

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
      • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in an Account Manager or Account Executive role.
      • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving ARR growth.
      • Experience managing renewals, growing accounts, and navigating complex sales cycles.
      • Strong communication and executive engagement skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
      • Handson experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other sales enablement tools.
      • Proficiency in consultative and solutionbased selling.
      • Familiarity with cold outreach, appointmentsetting, and sales automation tools.
      • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, highchange environment.
      • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple accounts and initiatives.
