Node.js Developer (Remote)

Job Description:

As a Node.js Developer at QwikSpark, you will be responsible for developing serverside logic, building RESTful APIs, and collaborating with our frontend developers to deliver seamless, efficient, and reliable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain serverside components using Node.js and related frameworks.
• Design and implement scalable and performant serverside APIs.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with the development team to define and implement innovative solutions for web development.

• Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Node.js Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience with Node.js and Express.js or other relevant frameworks.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of asynchronous programming and eventdriven architecture.
  • Experience with code versioning tools (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team.

  • Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • 2+ years of relevant work experience as a Node.js Developer or similar role.
