We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Social Media Advertising Specialist with a strong background in creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns — especially on Facebook and Meta platforms, but also across other major channels including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of U.S. agency experience, with a deep understanding of advertising strategy, paid social trends, and audience targeting. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing paid ad campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage paid social media campaigns across Facebook/Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Set up and optimize ad sets, audiences, and creative assets to meet performance goals
Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust budgets, bids, and targeting as needed to maximize ROI
Collaborate with content creators and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
Conduct A/B tests and conversion tracking to measure effectiveness and drive campaign improvements
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, offering insights and strategic recommendations
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media advertising
Assist in audience research, competitor analysis, and overall digital advertising strategy
Maintain a detailed understanding of client goals, target markets, and industry benchmarks
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a U.S.-based digital marketing or advertising agency, with a focus on paid social media
Proven track record of running and scaling Facebook/Meta ad campaigns
Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager and Business Suite
Experience with other platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads) is a strong plus
Strong analytical and reporting skills using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Excel/Sheets
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of pixel implementation, UTM tracking, and retargeting strategies
Creative mindset with a strong eye for engaging ad content and messaging
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred
