You are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, from accounts receivable to operational improvements. YOUR IMPACT AND AREAS OF FOCUS:

  • Manage and support financial and accounting processes, including invoicing, concur expense management, and A/P coordination and tracking.
  • Assist in operational efficiencies across the organization, streamlining workflows and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide financial insights and reporting to leadership, helping to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Support contract administration, procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes related to revenue recognition, billing, and financial forecasting.
  • Assist with special projects related to business operations, growth initiatives, and internal system enhancements.

  • A strong work ethic and an ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in business operations, finance, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, business analysis, and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets, and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A passion for technology, sports, and live entertainment is a plus.
