This is a remote position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Were looking for a passionate UXUI designer to join us during an exciting growth phase. Youll team up with our Senior Product Designer to tackle complex, dataheavy interfaces in creative ways. Were all about fresh perspectives and innovative solutions, so youll be handson throughout the entire product lifecycle – from initial concepts to final delivery. Working closely with our Product and Engineering teams, youll help shape userfocused features while bringing your own creative flair to the table.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design & Creation

Turn complex workflows into intuitive user experiences through design

Create seamless experiences while keeping our design system sharp

Drive consistency of patterns across different workflows and user scenarios

Design and maintain global patterns as part of our design system

Research & Innovation

Chat with users, gather insights, and turn their feedback into improvements

Help guide our product direction with usercentered thinking

Collaboration

Work closely with our product and engineering teams to bring designs to life

Requirements

More than 5 years experience in the field of UIUX

With a portfolio showcasing UIUX design skills for digital products

Strong proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools

Deep understanding of design thinking and usercentered principles

Experience with research methods and applying insights throughout the design process

Ability to design with a productgrowth mindset across the entire lifecycle

Experience designing for B2B or enterprise software

Interest in GRC and cybersecurity

Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards

Basic HTMLCSS knowledge

Knowledge about UX patterns for AIbased systems

Selfstarter with excellent team communication
