  • We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our growing skincare brand and take ownership of our entire content marketing pipeline. In this role, you’ll be the creative force behind our blog content, social media presence, and customer communications, while ensuring everything meets strict industry regulations. You’ll work closely with the founder to research, create, and publish engaging content that educates customers about skin protection while building our brand presence across multiple channels.     Responsibilities:
    

    • Conduct research for blog content creation, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance for sunscreenskincare industry
      
    • Write and publish blog posts using AI tools while maintaining brand voice and critical thinking for content accuracy
      
    • Create social media posts using blog content and research, adapting information for different platforms
      
    • Design basic marketing materials using Canva with provided templates, ensuring proper spacing, fonts, and brand consistency
      
    • Handle email management and correspondence with customers and business contacts
      
    • Make occasional phone calls to stockists to check on inventory levels and coordinate reordering
      
    • Perform general administrative tasks to support daily business operations
      
    • Use AI tools effectively while applying critical thinking to ensure content meets regulatory standards
      
      

    • Requirements:
      

      • Proven experience in marketing assistance, content creation, or similar role
        
      • Strong research and writing skills with ability to create engaging blog content
        
      • Proficiency in Canva for basic design work using templates
        
      • Experience with social media content creation and management
        
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for email and phone interactions
        
      • Critical thinking skills to ensure content accuracy and regulatory compliance
        
      • Familiarity with AI tools and ability to use them effectively while maintaining quality standards
        
      • Aesthetic sense for design elements including spacing, font selection, and visual consistency
