About Jobgether
Jobgether is reinventing the job search for the remote-first world. Our AI-powered platform connects global talent with remote opportunities, helping people find meaningful work through better job matching and career coaching.
The role
We’re looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead the go-to-market strategy for our new B2C product: Career Coach.
This role combines product sense with growth marketing execution, ideal for someone who understands the technical side of SaaS and knows how to turn a product into a movement.
You'll work closely with the founders and tech team to boost awareness, drive engagement, and convert free users into paying customers.
This is a 3-month freelance role to start, but it’s designed as a trial period with the intent to extend into a full-time, long-term position if we’re a good fit on both sides (optional).
Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for Career Coach
Increase Premium conversion by improving messaging, in-product positioning, and user flow
Analyze and optimize the full user funnel, from landing to activation to conversion
Identify friction points in the UX and fix it
Design and run A/B tests to validate messaging, onboarding, and feature adoption
Set up and monitor key metrics using product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA)
Build and engage communities across Reddit, LinkedIn, Discord, X, and niche remote forums
Write compelling content: newsletter, posts, replies, and prompts for social AI tools
Run messaging experiments and continuously iterate based on user feedback
Identify visibility hacks, and relevant partnerships
Move fast: test, learn, and double down on what works
Your profile
Proven experience in product marketing and product growth (ideally in B2C SaaS)
Strong understanding of conversion funnels, UX principles, and data-informed iteration
Hands-on experience with tools like Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude, or similar
Ability to break down complex product flows and propose simple, high-impact improvements
Experience driving community engagement and grassroots awareness campaigns
Technical fluency: you're comfortable working with product and dev teams
Lean, startup mindset: autonomous, creative, action-oriented
Bonus: interest in career development, job search tools, or the remote work ecosystem
Work directly with the founders and shape a product with real social impact
Fully remote, async, and flexible
Flat hierarchy, fast decision-making, and freedom to take initiative
If it’s a fit, this role can grow into a full-time, long-term position (if you want)
