Your role:
Act as a Product Owner in an Agile environment for complex projects that translate into technical features.
Collaborate with our IT partners and our various Data, Product, and Digital leads to deliver initiatives and contribute to the deployment of our business strategies.
Break down and sequence a target vision to maximize value delivery, taking into account constraints and interdependencies with other projects or departments. This includes building and managing the backlog that supports the business vision and prioritizing the MVP for the delivery team based on business value.
Understand and support the digital and data initiative roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
Gather user needs (clients, advisors, managers) and ensure alignment with the business strategy. Translate these needs into clear, value-oriented user stories and ensure the technical teams understand the needs and the acceptance criteria for expected deliverables.
Actively participate in governance meetings and Agile ceremonies, regularly presenting product progress to stakeholders while incorporating their feedback into future iterations.
