We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who’s ready to drive high-pace hiring for our remote-first teams — including Support, Supply, and potentially Design functions. This is an entry point to product hiring done right: structured, data-driven, and people-centric.
You’ll join a team of recruiters who act like hiring partners — collaborating closely, growing together, and sharing best practices across the board.

Your impact:

  • Run high-volume recruitment campaigns for our remote-first teams — Support, Supply, Design — with multiple hires per role.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle: from intake to preonboarding, ensuring speed, clarity, and great candidate experience at every step.
  • Prioritize and manage several open roles at once, balancing quality with hiring velocity.
  • Experiment with sourcing channels, outreach templates, and employer branding mechanics.
