Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM NSW (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Manila Time) with one hour unpaid lunch and two 15 mins paid break

Job Overview:
The Operations Support Specialist will play a key role in administrative and compliance-related tasks within the dropship department. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills to ensure documentation and records are accurately maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize compliance documentation, including certifications for suppliers.
  • Follow up via email with vendors and internal teams to collect required information.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Assist in general administrative tasks to support operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure compliance requirements are met.


Requirements
  • Should have experience in using Monday.com
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with compliance or document management is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in task management tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional email correspondence.
  • Monday.com experience is a must
