The Operations Support Specialist will play a key role in administrative and compliance-related tasks within the dropship department. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills to ensure documentation and records are accurately maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize compliance documentation, including certifications for suppliers.
Follow up via email with vendors and internal teams to collect required information.
Maintain accurate records and files.
Assist in general administrative tasks to support operational efficiency.
Collaborate with account managers to ensure compliance requirements are met.
Requirements
Should have experience in using Monday.com
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience with compliance or document management is an advantage.
Proficiency in task management tools.
Excellent written communication skills for professional email correspondence.
Monday.com experience is a must
