Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Flexible within client business hours (20 Hours/Week) - Sydney time

Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our marketing and branding efforts on a part-time basis. This is a long-term opportunity for someone with a strong design portfolio and experience working with product-based brands. You’ll be responsible for creating visually compelling content across print and digital platforms while helping shape and maintain our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including social media graphics, catalogs, brochures, business cards, banners, and advertising collateral (both digital and print)
  • Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity, including logo redesigns, color schemes, and brand guidelines
  • Create custom-designed presentations and sales materials that communicate ideas effectively
  • Build visually engaging mood boards for social media
  • Produce technical drawings for product visualization and documentation
  • Resize and retouch images, ensuring high-quality visuals for various platforms
  • Ensure consistency in design across all marketing channels
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align visual content with overall brand and marketing strategies
  • Understand the target audience and adapt creative designs accordingly
  • Stay up to date with design trends and industry best practices to drive innovation and creativity

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
  • Experience working with brands that sell physical products
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom) and 3DMax
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
  • Skilled in creating technical drawings and preparing artwork for both print and digital use
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative mindset
