Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to work as a GoHighLevel Automation Specialist with a forward-thinking AI automation agency. You’ll be responsible for building and implementing sophisticated automation workflows that incorporate cutting-edge AI technologies including voice AI, conversational AI, and ChatGPT integrations. Working directly with real estate clients, you’ll create custom automation solutions that revolutionize how estate agents handle their sales and marketing processes. This role offers the perfect blend of technical expertise and creative problem-solving, where your ideas and suggestions are not only welcomed but essential to the company’s continued innovation and growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Design and configure new GoHighLevel sub-accounts for incoming clients within the agency’s master account structure
  • Build sophisticated automation workflows that seamlessly integrate AI tools including ChatGPT and native GoHighLevel AI features
  • Implement voice AI and conversational AI systems to enhance client automation capabilities
  • Develop and maintain webhook and API connections between GoHighLevel and various CRM platforms
  • Participate in client discovery calls to understand unique business requirements and technical specifications
  • Collaborate with the founding team to optimize continuously and enhance existing automation processes
  • Contribute creative ideas and innovative solutions to improve client automation setups beyond basic requirements
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting support for existing client automation system

Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience with the GoHighLevel platform and its automation capabilities
  • Expert-level proficiency in creating and managing GoHighLevel workflows and system configurations
  • Strong background in AI tool integration, particularly with ChatGPT and conversational AI technologies
  • Advanced knowledge of webhooks, APIs, and seamless CRM integration processes
  • Knowledgeable with n8n, zapier & make.
  • Proven experience connecting GoHighLevel to external platforms and third-party systems
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ability to contribute strategic ideas beyond task execution
  • Excellent adaptability to incorporate client feedback and evolving project requirements
  • Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Availability to work UK business hours (10 AM - 2 PM London time) Monday through Friday
