Partner Success Manager - US Remote

In 2014, after eight years of intensive software development, we launched Kneat Gx—the world’s most advanced validation software to help revolutionize the speed, precision, transparency, and intelligence of validation in the Life Sciences sector. Our solution is now used by some of the world’s leading Life Sciences companies.

 

What we’re looking for

 

As Kneat continues to expand, we are looking for an enthusiastic Partner Success Manager to join our Operations Team. This role will be remote in nature and base din the US.

 

Position overview

 

Reporting to our Manager of Partner Success, the Partner Success Manager will support our existing partner ecosystem and drive best in class standards in a newly formed partner function.

 

The successful candidate will have all-round partner management experience where they will have the opportunity to add their expertise to both partner recruitment processes in addition to managing existing partners in the partner ecosystem. We are seeking a data driven cross functional team player to further elevate standards and practises within the partner function. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Support and accelerate the growth of partners and the partner program.
  • Recruit and develop key partnerships.
  • Drive enablement and management of partners.
  • Participate in partner planning processes that develop mutual performance objectives, targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Manage internal and external resources and collaborate with implementation partners’ and technical staff.
  • Focuses on partner retention and development.
  • Enhances partner training.
  • Drive an engagement model with Stakeholders that enables us to understand the strategy and stakeholders to influence & represent the partner roadmap with regional insights and requirements.
  • Lead business meetings to engage partner and discuss partner's future vision of Kneat Gx within their organization.

 

Minimum qualifications

 

  • 1-5+ years partner management or account management experience in a SaaS company.
  • You have exceptional English language verbal and written communications skills.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and presentation skills
  • Commercial acumen with experiencing working closely with Sales teams.
  • Demonstrated project management skills including coordination of cross functional teams and timelines.
  • Experience working in process and metric driven environments.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office packages, CRM and Project Management tools.

 

Nice to haves



  • Experience in a Partner Start Up Department.
  • Experience in recruitment, enablement, and management of GSI/large partnerships.
  • Regulated Industry Experience in either Quality Assurance, Engineering, or Validation.
  • An understanding of Kneat Gx applications, and its use in Life Sciences processes such as Validation (including Computer System Validation), Manufacturing and Quality management.
