About the Role


We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our North America Sales Team, focused on the West Coast market.


In this role, you’ll take ownership of a high-value territory, building and managing relationships with enterprise organizations. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales Development and Marketing, lead consultative sales cycles, and help customers understand how beqom can solve their most pressing compensation and performance challenges.


This is a high-impact role with strong support, autonomy, and room for growth - ideal for someone who enjoys strategic sales and values a modern, human-first approach.



What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow a set of enterprise named accounts
  • Build and execute an account-based sales plan to drive pipeline and close new business
  • Partner with Sales Development and Marketing to increase visibility in the West Coast region
  • Guide customers through value-based, consultative sales cycles from discovery to close
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, business cases, and ROI analyses
  • Represent beqom at key events, webinars, and industry forums
  • Accurately forecast and report sales activity to senior leadership



What You Bring

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Background in HR tech, compensation, or pay equity software is a strong plus
  • Experience selling to large, complex organizations- ideally in financial services or regulated industries
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable navigating long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot (or similar CRM tools), and Microsoft Office
