Visual Designer (Marketing & UI Support)

🧩 Job description

We're looking for a versatile Visual Designer to join our team in a hybrid role that bridges internal brand storytelling and client-facing UI design. This is not your typical marketing designer role, you’ll be embedded in both our agency’s creative expression and select client projects, helping bring our work to life across channels.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Internal Marketing & Showcase (60–70%)
  • Design project visuals and case study assets for our website, social media, and Dribbble
  • Create featured images for blog articles and thought pieces
  • Craft static and lightweight animated content (ads, teasers, reveal clips)
  • Help shape how BB Agency shows up across platforms
• Client Project Support (30–40%)
  • Support UI design work on selected web and product projects
  • Contribute to page layouts, component design, and design systems under the guidance of UI or Brand Leads
  • Assist in prepping assets and handoffs for development

🧩 Experience & Skills

• Strong visual design skills and a sharp eye for layout, composition, and detail
• Solid understanding of UI design fundamentals (grids, spacing, responsiveness)
• Experience creating assets for social, web, and marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Suite (especially After Effects or Premiere for light motion)
• Bonus: Experience working in a design agency or cross-disciplinary team

📊 Hiring process

1. Pre-selection based on your application. We are interested in your experiences and your roles on specific projects, as well as your skills.
2. Video exchange with HR.
3. Selection test that includes some general inquiries relevant to every team and situational questions that are team-specific.
4. Video exchange with the Team Lead, where you will present a deep dive into one of your projects. Take us through a project of your choice and show us who you collaborated with, the tools you used, and what particular challenges you faced.
