NFT Lead

This is a remote position.

We're currently seeking an experienced Non-Functional Test Manager to join a key programme in the Defined Benefits / Pension domain.

 Role Overview:

This role will focus on providing assurance across a range of non-functional testing activities for a large-scale transformation programme. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership and technical oversight in ensuring system resilience, performance, and operational integrity.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and assure non-functional testing across workstreams
  
• Define and manage test approaches for:
  
• TOM (Target Operating Model) data flows
  
• Performance and load testing
  
• Disaster Recovery (DR) and backup validation
  
• Work closely with delivery and infrastructure teams to ensure NFRs are clearly defined and met
  
• Review supplier test strategies and execution reports
  
• Support risk mitigation and quality assurance activities
  

 Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Non-Functional Test Manager in complex environments
  
• Strong background in pension platforms, ideally Defined Benefits
  
• Hands-on understanding of data flow testing, DR, and performance testing methodologies
  
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills

• Contract Length: 6 months
  
• Engagement Model: Outside IR35 (SOW-based)
  
• Location: UK-based (Remote/Hybrid – flexible)
