Background
At PeoplePartners, we're hiring a committed, compliance-savvy Trainer and Assessor to support learners undertaking the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging & Disability). You’ll be central to their success—delivering training and assessing their readiness to work in critical care roles across Australia.
About the Role
You’ll train and assess learners remotely, helping them meet industry and compliance expectations.
Your feedback and guidance will ensure graduates are ready for real-world aged care and disability support environments.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Mark learner assessments aligned to Australian RTO standards.
Deliver training and support in line with the relevant qualifications.
Apply principles like duty of care, dignity of risk, and cultural safety.
Review documentation and assess competence in aged/disability care.
Work within an LMS to manage learner submissions and records.
Stay up to date with national standards and frameworks in care.
Requirements
About YOU
You hold TAE40116 or TAESS00019 qualifications.
You have the CHC33021 Cert III in Individual Support (Aging & Disability).
You've worked in aged care or disability support roles.
You understand the practical and ethical standards of Australian support work.
You’re willing to undertake upskilling or Australian study if needed.
You’re open to up to 4 weeks of industry experience placement in Australia.

You’ve assessed or supported learners in Individual Support.
You’ve worked with learners in RTO settings or supported assessment processes.
You know how to manage learner progress using LMS tools.
You have a Working With Children Clearance (WWCC) equivalent—or can get one.
