Executive Assistant (WFH)

Background
  • At PeoplePartners, we’re hiring an Executive Assistant on behalf of one of our most dynamic clients. This isn’t your average EA gig. You’ll be the powerhouse behind a high-performing CEO — helping manage calendars, book podcasts, send thoughtful gifts, and even plan weekend adventures for the kids.

About the Role
  • You’ll be the go-to for both professional and personal support. From coordinating global meetings to organizing surprise gifts, you’ll help life run smoother than a well-oiled espresso machine.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar wrangling across time zones.
  • Inbox triage and email drafting.
  • Travel planning (CEO has places to be!).
  • Booking podcasts, managing speaker ops.
  • Gift shopping for clients and colleagues.
  • Weekend fun-planning with the CEO’s kids.
  • Juggling Hubspot, Monday, Google Drive like a pro.

Requirements

  • You’re proactive, reliable, and know how to keep things confidential.
About YOUR Work History
  • You’ve juggled calendars, travel, and to-dos for execs before.
  • You’ve worked with CRMs, communication tools, and GSuite.
  • Maybe you’ve even helped someone remember their dentist appointment.
About the Culture YOU Thrive In
  • You laugh easily, love collaboration, and don’t need hand-holding.
  • You can shift gears quickly — one moment planning a keynote, next booking a surprise gift.
  • You love fast-paced environments and making life easier for others.
Key Responsibilities YOU Can’t Wait to Do
  • Owning the calendar and inbox.
  • Keeping the CEO’s life moving forward.
  • Anticipating needs before they arise.
  • Making “impossible” logistics feel easy.

  • Responsiveness and pro-activity.
  • Calendar and email accuracy.
  • Travel and event logistics.
  • Reliability and follow-through.
When & Where YOU Will Work
