Job description

A Project-based Recruitment Specialist is tasked to support the application process during peak seasons. The role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. The Project-based Recruitment Specialist will also assist with admin tasks such as but not limited to: Onboarding new Independent Contractors, conducting reference checks, and maintaining application documentation.

TASKS:

Oversee sourcing, initial screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
Provide comprehensive explanations of the reward system, company policies, and task parameters to applicants.
Manage documentation processes and maintain accurate records of applicant information.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Highly proficient in the English Language (Both written and oral)
Must be efficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite
1 year of experience in high volume recruiting and talent acquisition is preferred
Must be willing to work project-based
