Patient Recruitment Associate II

The Patient Recruitment Associate is responsible to support the assigned ManagerSr. Manager with the development and execution of Patient Recruitment and Retention strategies and tactics appropriate to the awarded study needs and in alignment with the Sponsor requirements.

The role

• Support assigned ManagerSr. Manager, Patient Recruitment, in the preparation of presentation materials for Kick Off Meetings, Study Team Meetings, as needed

  Attend and support assigned ManagerSr. Manager, Patient Recruitment, at KickOff Meetings and project meetings to discuss recruitment and retention strategiestactics, as needed

  Support the development and execution of patient recruitment and retention activities, including the management of vendors, the development and review of materials, and media campaigns

  Collect and organize recruitment metrics from sites, vendors, and internal teams

  Assist with the development, review, and execution of Vendor Statement of Work (“SOW”)

  Submit requisitions in ICON’s purchasing system

  Support management and oversight of vendors, including the quality, accuracy and timeliness of deliverables; responsible for the quality of end products provided

  With minimal direction or oversight, initiate and track IRBEC submission, translations, and material production and distribution

  Ensure that study materials are saved to the Patient Recruitment eRoomBOX appropriately, including but not limited to study materials, presentations, and trackingmetrics

  File patient recruitment study materials in eTMF in accordance with File Management Plan and track to ensure 100% compliance

  Deliver high quality standards and strive for excellence. Act in a proactive, flexible, and responsive manner to both internal and external needs

  Effectively work within the remote global patient recruitment team on awarded projects with performance of all general project management activities including:

  Develop effective working relationships that foster an atmosphere of motivation, creativity, and innovation

  To work with the assigned ManagerSr. Manager to ensure lessons learned are documented and case studies developed

  What you need

  • Bachelors degree

    Excellent English communication skills

    Prior relevant clinical research industry experience

    General knowledge of Good Clinical Practices

    Prior Patient Recruitment experience is a plus

    Basic computer skills including MSOffice (e.g. Word, Excel)

    Sound interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

    Ability to communicate with team members clearly and concisely

    Work successfully in a virtual global team

    Able to troubleshoot potential issues and make decisions with input from line manager
