Join our innovative procurement analytics team as a Reporting Analyst Trainee!

What You Will Do

Collect, consolidate, and validate purchasing data from ERPs, BI tools, and spreadsheets
Prepare and update regular KPI reports and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and other BI platforms
Assist in report automation using Excel, SAC, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Support ad-hoc data and reporting requests from purchasing and business stakeholders
Document data sources, processes, and reporting logic for clarity and transparency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

You are enrolled in university (Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field) through at least January 2026
Availability for at least 25 hours per week (up to 40 hours possible)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; knowledge of SAC, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is a plus
Willingness to learn, show initiative, and work in a dynamic, digital environment
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
Previous internship or working student experience in a similar field is an advantage
