The Role:
We’re looking for a self-driven and high-performing Sales Development Representative (Europe) to spearhead our growth in enterprise accounts. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI applied to skincare, driving strategic partnerships with global skincare brands, manufacturers, and clinical research organizations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Take ownership of HautAI’s enterprise sales strategy, driving new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build, nurture, and close relationships with key decision-makers in leading skincare and beauty companies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product capabilities with client needs.
  • Negotiate and secure high-value contracts, ensuring smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Represent HautAI at industry events and conferences as a thought leader in AI-driven skincare solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A self-starter with a proven track record in sales or business development (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Experience in beauty, skincare, or related industries is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passionate about AI and eager to drive innovation in a fast-growing field.
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup environment.
