AV Programmer

Position Title: AV Programmer
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Schedule: 8:30 PM – 5:00 AM
Salary: Php 60,000 – Php 80,000.00

Our client is an advanced commercial audio-visual distributor with forward-thinking, training managed services, and technical support providing full distribution experience and product integration serving the needs of professional integrators, resellers and consultants.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN AV PROGRAMMER

Your Responsibilities as a Drafting Team Coordinator would be:
•Develop AV control system code as per project specifications and company
standards.
• Work with Crestron, AMX, Extron, or Q-SYS programming environments.
• Collaborate with the programming team to refine and debug code as needed.
• Implement system logic, user interfaces, and integration with AV hardware.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving programming-related issues.
• Maintain documentation of code and programming processes.
• Follow best practices for version control and code management.


Qualifications as an AV Programmer:
•Experience with Crestron (SIMPL, Crestron Studio, or Crestron Python), AMX, Extron,
or Q-SYS programming.
• Basic understanding of AV systems and control protocols (RS232, TCP/IP, IR).
• Familiarity with network-based AV solutions and device communication.
• Ability to read and interpret AV system design drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow coding standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote or team-based setting.
•High attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in Crestron, AMX, Extron, or Q-SYS programming.
• Experience working in an AV integration or service provider environment.
• Knowledge of Lua, Python, or JavaScript for AV applications.
• Familiarity with DSP programming (Biamp, Q-SYS, BSS) is a plus.
