Position Title: Digital Marketing Assistant
Work Set-up: Part-Time/Work From Home
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM-11:00 AM PH Time
Salary: Php 40,000-50,000

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT

Responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Assistant:

• Assist in managing and scheduling content across various social media platforms.
• Monitor and engage with the audience to build brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging posts and campaigns.
• Assist in creating and editing content for online channels, including blog posts, emails, and social media posts.
• Help maintain a content calendar to ensure consistency in messaging.
• Support in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns.
• Segment email lists and analyze campaign performance.
• Assist in keyword research and on-page SEO optimization.
• Monitor and report on the performance of paid advertising campaigns.
• Compile data from various digital marketing channels and assist in creating performance reports.
• Use data insights to make recommendations for improvements.
• Help maintain and update the company website with new content and updates.
• Work with the web development team to implement website changes as needed.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Keep abreast of digital marketing best practices and emerging trends.

Qualifications as a Digital Marketing Assistant:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in CRM systems is an advantage.
• Proven interest in and understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content planning tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing software/tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Experience using Canva, Photoshop, or other creative design tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently.
