Are you an HR professional seeking a flexible, remote opportunity where your experience and insight can truly make an impact?

Join a dynamic mid-sized company committed to building a thriving and people-first culture. We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support their team 1–2 days per week, focusing on strategic and hands-on HR operations.

Location: Remote (1–2 days per week) but must reside in Vancouver for occasional in person meetings

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to leadership and staff
  • Advise on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Assist with policy development, compliance, and updates to the employee handbook
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding processes
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify HR solutions and best practices
  • Maintain and update HR records and systems in addition to benefit management
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
  • Handle sensitive employee issues with professionalism and discretion

What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of HR generalist experience (preferably in a mid-sized company)
  • Strong knowledge of BC employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities remotely
  • Experience with HRIS systems and modern communication tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.)
  • HR certification CPHR is a plus
