About the team:

The Payment Delivery LATAM team is responsible for implement and delivery solutions to FIS customers in LATAM and Caribbean region from Mexico to Argentina. We have to manage the projects, develop custom software and testing, give consultancy to our customers, provide high tech support on time.

Our team manages the end to end of the project and post-production relationship with the client. We are a multicultural and diverse organization with growing in our projects pipeline. This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing Payment Delivery Team!

What you will be doing:

  • You will help the technical support team with complex issues
  • You will coordinate the technical solutions as technical lead inside the projects
  • You will create estimates of efforts for the projects
  • You will write the BRDs and participate in the design of the solutions, generate technical documentation for the projects
  • You will have to be available out of business hours

What you will need:

  • Deep knowledge in payments application, ISO8583, backoffice.
  • Experience in analyzing customer requirements, designing, testing, and production implementation
  • Ability to write technical documentation in Spanish/English
  • Experience supporting sales teams
  • Customer service skills
  • Skills for following up

Added bonus if you have:

  • Deep knowledge in one of the following FIS applications: IST Switch or Clearing, MAS (not mandatory, it is a plus)
  • Knowledge in C++ and java (not mandatory, it is a plus)
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish
