Join Our Environmental Planning & Approvals Team – Perth

We’re looking for a Principal Environmental Assessment & Approvals Consultant to lead and deliver complex environmental approval strategies across WA and beyond. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our high-performing team and guiding clients through ever-changing regulatory environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading environmental impact assessments and approvals for major projects
Developing strategy across EP Act, EPBC Act, and bilateral approvals
Managing stakeholder engagement and regulator liaison
Preparing and reviewing high-quality technical reports and submissions
Guiding clients through environmental constraints, risks and approvals pathways
Mentoring and developing junior staff
Contributing to strategic growth and project wins

What You’ll Need

Degree in Environmental Science, Planning, or similar discipline
10+ years' experience in environmental impact assessment and approvals
Deep knowledge of WA and Commonwealth legislation (EP Act, EPBC Act, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence at a senior level
Desire to build a thriving team and shape strategy in a growing consultancy
