Are you a Finnish speaker?

We are looking for Customer Support Specialists to provide a best inclass customer service and resolution to companys customers. As the company continues to support the growing customer base, they are looking to onboard outstanding employees capable of increasing customer loyalty and reducing customer churn.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service by providing consistent, timely and accurate customer support
  • Leverage analytics to proactively outreach to the existing customer base, to improve customer outcomes and their success with the application throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Use Project Management skills to help the team generate and execute on ideas to enhance overall customer success
  • Resell the value and benefits of the company, upsellcrosssell services and products to increase customer satisfaction
  • Cross functional internal collaboration to advocate for the voice of the customer to all relevant stakeholders internally and with our channel partners
  • Demonstrate an ability to create partnerships and manage relationships to investigate and resolve customer issues
    • Requirements

      • Native level of Finnish
      • Advanced level of English
          • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
          • Experience managing customer expectations and deescalating tense scenarios
          • Outstanding followup and follow through to ensure customers’ success and a positive outcome
          • Ability to work in a team environment
              • Relocation to Athens
