Join Our Environmental & Contaminated Land Team – Sydney

We’re on the lookout for a Project or Senior Environmental Consultant to join our high-performing Sydney team. If you’ve got 3–7 years’ experience and want to step up into a more diverse, hands-on, and respected role — this is it.
 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conducting and managing fieldwork programs (soil, groundwater, surface water, vapour)

  • Delivering and contributing to PSIs, DSIs, RAPs, and compliance monitoring

  • Managing and interpreting environmental data

  • Preparing technical reports and supporting project delivery

  • Assisting with proposals, costings and client communications

  • Working with subcontractors, regulators, and internal teams

  • Collaborating with our EPA-accredited Site Auditor and technical leads
     

What You’ll Need

  • Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology or similar

  • 3–7 years of consulting experience, ideally in contaminated land

  • Understanding of NSW environmental legislation, NEPM and related guidelines

  • Strong written, analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable in the field and confident in the office

  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and lead
